Ideal location to where I am moving and work. The most reasonable rates in the area and Dallas was extremely nice and helpful ! Thank you for all the help  and answers to my questions !

Tammy is very helpful in aiding in selecting all the available options. The only problem I have with CubeSmart is the fact that even though I have full coverage by my personal insurance company (Arbella) for all of my items stored at the facility, I am required to purchase additional insurance from CubeSmart @ $9.00 per month for $2000 coverage of what I have stored. I estimate the value of my items in CE to be less than $1000. I do not need or want additional coverage BUT according to CubeSmart I must have it. Why? I think some thought must be given in the future for this to be an OPTION and not a requirement. Comments from CubeSmart?
