Omar is the best customer service rep I have worked with in this area, for any business.  He was friendly, organized, professional, and accommodating.  When I arrived for my move-in date, he had all of the paperwork already drawn up and waiting for me.  He offered a tour of my unit, as well as the facility, and made sure I was satisfied with my move.  I relocated my storage unit a quarter of a mile to CubeSmart, almost entirely b/c of him- he made me feel welcome and that CubeSmart cared about my business and money.  My previous storage location did none of that, and b/c of Omar, the hassle of moving was minimal and well worth it.  THANK YOU for having OUTSTANDING team members like Omar.  The location, access, and facility is also great excellent and makes it easy to access things I need.  Definitely recommend this location (and Omar-obviously!).

Had to go in to down size my unit.  Ann, who was from Lake Worth cubesmart made the transition easy.  She was very curteous and helpful.

Well, so far the facility and team have earned 4 stars and I remain optimistic.  It has only been a week since I first stopped into their location  to inquire about renting a space and then today, I rented their truck and moved in my 1st round of stuff.  The staff (that I've met), Janessa and Omar, have been very helpful and respectful.  There are a number of unloading entrances and the floorplan seems well-designed to accommodate us "storage folks".  All in all, I am anticipating a very positive rental experience!

Competitive rates, excellent and very friendly customer service. Nice, new, clean facility. Very happy I moved my stuff here from Public Storage.
