It's that time! Finally moving out! It truly has been a pleasure doing business with CubeSmart at this location. Willie (manager) has been 'awesome'! He's help me out a lot not only in the time I lost my keys but this time around as well (where I found myself in a jam)! I'm truly grateful & pleased in how neat, clean the facility always is & in how great they took care of my personal belongings! I totally recommend this place! It will be sad to go I've been here for 5-6 years. Thank you so much!!!

Willie Harris & Sandy Irvine were very helpful yesterday, Feb. 5th, when the elevator we were using became stuck halfway up.  Willie even came from home to assist!  Within a few minutes, he was able to remove my boxes from the cart and start the elevator again!   Thank you Willie and Sandy for AWESOME SERVICE!!!

The representative that helped us was very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied except for the transition from the lift to our storage unit. There is a step that makes it difficult to manuver the hand cart going to the unit and even harder trying get back to the lift with a full cart. There should be a ramp that would  make the move possible for someone moving their stuff alone.

This was our first time renting a storage unit and we were amazed at the ease of the process.  We were provided all of the necessary information and our questions were answered thoroughly.  The facility was clean and secure.  Access to our account on line is easy.  And service was extremely friendly from start to finish.  Definitely 5 stars!
