Awesome staff! My husband and I went to check out the storage units and Ivy Valez couldn't have been nicer and helpful with all our inquiries.  Anthony Rivera showed us the units and we're set to go with them.

Manager Ivy was very pleasant and really helped me with transititioning into storage she really wowed me with her expertise in storage information. My uncle recommended me but Ivy’s service is what made me make my final decision.

CubeSmart has been a wonderful storage company from the beginning. Mel, the professional who assisted me when I moved in last week, was awesome. Mel took the time to explain everything about the space options, the prices, the terms and all the various other details that I needed to know. The facility is very clean, tidy and welcoming, and I really didn't feel like they were trying to "upsell" me or anything like that. I like it so far, and I would recommend this location. If you do go, ask to speak with Mel - he will take great care of you.

Excellent Service from Manager Mel & Staff Hector! Great overall employee service.  Professional, good location, rate, and clean. They were SO great, I cancelled with Pubic Storage and decided to go with CubeSmart!!! Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

Our experience at CubeSmart Self Storage was great! Hector Rijo did a great job. He made sure we got an unit that satisfied all our requirements.  
He was courteous, proactive and very good at explaining all questions. 
Everyone at the office was friendly and I would recommend CubeSmart at 200 E 135 St., Bronx, NY 10415.
