Rude employees, inflexible policies, poor tracking systems

I had a unit at the State Rd 84 location in Davie, FL, and was planning to move my stuff to another CubeSmart location.  Because of Hurricane Irma, I had to delay my move, and went over my cutoff date.  I called the store to see if they would be flexible on the date, because of the circumstances.  They didn't and I paid an extra month.  I went next weekend to move my stuff and swinged by the office few minutes before their close time.  The employee was extremely rude pointing they were already closed.  Finally I moved out next day, and made sure all was clean, stopped by the office and requested a receipt that the unit was delivered back to their satisfaction.  I got the paper, and today I got a call from their office mentioning something about a $200 cleanup charge!!  Fortunately I took pictures, and refuted the allegations that I didn't clean up.  CubeSmart - you lost a customer for life.

So I came in a few minutes ago rushing for information. I met with a young man named Timothy . He was so professional and polite and so willing to listen to me blabber off about my son and why I needed the storage. He was so patient. Great Customer Service..

As I try to combine 3 households into one after recently moving to Florida...I chose Cube Smart Self Storage to store some of my things...the staff is always extremely helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with.  The facility and the units are clean and easily accessible.  In fact, I am so pleased with the staff and facility that just took a second storage unit for the rest of my things.  It was a painless process, thanks to their team!!!  JSB

Facility is in good shape. I've got three cubes now and no troubles. Personnel are fantastic!

Went into Cube smart and was very impressed. This location was much cleaner and much more affordable then the other self storage facilities I've visited.  I spoke to Sasha, Courtney and Chris and they were all very helpful and knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend.
