The customer service was great.  Rental experience was great. 
The only problem is, every time I go to move stuff into the complex, they never have any moving carts. I have waited 30 minutes to an hour to get a cart to move my stuff into the storage shed. They only had three carts available for a huge storage complex. That is a huge problem to me.

I called and reserved my unit and the customer service representative was helpful and quick. Later in the day I met Emily Henderson on site in Harvey, Louisiana to complete my paperwork. Emily was fast, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. 
Outside and inside of facility is extremely clean. 
I along with several other family members have units on Lapalco and we are pleased. We feel safe on site. You must enter a code to get into the iron gate and into the elevators. Facility is monitored with cameras.
Highly recommend CubeSmart, Lapalco Blvd,  Harvey, Louisiana.

I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff & the cleanliness of the whole facility. 
I drove 8 miles away to use this CubeSmart location because of the difference in prices. 
I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.

I don't like that every year they raise the rent price.   I'm currently looking for a different storage.   Edit:  I have my stuff here for three years and every year they raise the rent. I liked the previous company better before cube smart took them over.

Very clean ... emily Henderson was very helpful she helped me decide on the correct size that was needed... I would highly recommend this self storage
