Not even two hours after eating here,  me and my husband suffered the worst food poisoning we've ever had. I am still sick as I write this review. The food didn't even taste bad. They must cross contaminate or leave things out at room temp too long. I don't know but my daughter ate something super simple, chicken tenders and fries, and she is totally fine. My other baby ate some beans and avocado. So I'm thinking it's their meat! Horrible service and I work as a waitress. I'm super patient and I am much more forgiving than most customers. They didn't refill drinks, they came to the table three times 1) to seat us 2) take order 3) bring food. And we never saw them again! My husband had to pay at the front because we weren't even told where to pay at, were never brought a check, and even had to ask for our own to go containers. To be fair, our "server" was actually the hostess because apparently ALL of their servers were waiting on a party "in the back" even though I saw two different male servers waiting on tables right next to mine. I understand how sections per server work but they were not even busy. Awful experience.

This place never disappoints. The food is always good, and even when it's empty, the food is hot and staff is nice.

Horrible service, the meat on all the dishes that my family got were very dry and put chips were stale. Sadly it was a very bad experience. I love the Cuca's restaurant in Redlands but this one was VERY disappointing.

Bad experience with cashier. Distracted and argue he gave me my cash back so that I can pay with card cause he did not have enough change, when he actually did not. I had to ask for them to check the camaras so they can see. They didn't check and kept on telling me the did, but I did not give up and manager finally checked and found out never gave me my 20 back. But it took them an hour... If didn't give up is because if i did I was going to pay 38 dollars for 1 burrito & couple tacos. Cause I will have to pay again.. Terrible

Terrible service. Very slow and. Not friendly. Meat tasted funny and margarita was watered down
