Every family has their own special traditions, whether it is Sunday night dinners, a secret recipe or the kids setting the table while their mother cooks dinner. These family traditions are something to be celebrated.

Cucina Rosa owner Chef Sal Salvanelli, wants to share his family traditions with his community through his family's recipes.

Best Italian food around. If you don't think so you are crazy. I've never found a place that has so many amazing options. Saul knows how to make you feel at home. You can tell he loves what he does by the food that comes out. You have my word you won't regret stopping by.

I ate here for a second time and got chicken with a white wine lemon sauce. The chicken was fine but the lemons they used had gone bad and made the sauce terribly bitter. My mother got eggplant parmesan and said the eggplant had no flavor. The bread is good and the service is friendly. I came here with family for my birthday and it was not very good. The others loved their meals but the marinara sauce really bland and tasted like plain canned tomatoes. My beef was good tasting but had lots of gristle and was dried out.

Iv'e never posted any reviews but for this place I will. The food was horrible I ordered spaghetti & meat balls seriously how can you mess that up. The sauce was a tomato paste with barely any seasoning and my wife got the gnocchi with the same kind of terrible sauce I had on the spaghetti. The service was slow and wine selection small. I will say that we ordered the calamari appetizer which was very good but everything went quickly downhill from there. I will not go back regardless of the portion sizes which is completely irrelevant when the food itself is awful!!

First time and would definitely recommend this place. Excellent food from the bruschetta to my eggplant parmigiana. The mister also tried the baked clams and said they were delicious as was his chicken parmigiana. Amazing staff from the front of the house to the back!
