I've been working with culligans for a DI tank that I have. I'm a window washer and need pure water and I've had problems with the tanks that I own (not from culligans). But they have helped me a ton! They've been helpful in solving my problems! Greg is great to work with!

I asked the installers to transfer some of the brand new salt I had left in my old system to the brand new $1200 system. So they dumped ALL the salt from the old system, including the dirty filthy salt and water (left over from the previous owner and had been in there stagnant for I don't know how many years) into my brand new system. For $1200 I should have gotten clean salt. There was a drain RIGHT BEHIND them, dump the filthy stuff down the drain. Don't contaminate my BRAND NEW system from the get go. And now that I am complaining, what kind of service do you think I'll get???
