The Oconomowoc, WI Culvers restaurant is normally a good place to eat; they offer a large menu ranging from salads and soups to chicken and good burgers.  They pride themselves on great frozen custards changing the daily flavor of the day.  But over the last few years, I have been disappointed  there with either their food or service on a number of times.   I have even spoken with managers about the attitude of their staff.  My last visit there is my last!  The drive up window clerk not only got the order wrong, and told me that "that wasn't what I asked for," but when I showed her my son's text that I had read the order from, she replied, "Well that's not what I heard!"   When I got home with the order, my son's Culvers Deluxe double bacon cheese burger was a smashed mess.  My son took the $25.00 order and threw it in the garbage.  They won't have to serve us again!  I rate them a

I never know frozen custard can taste so good! It's creamy and taste just like ice cream.

Good food fairly quickly, just don't go on high school game/concert/dance nights if you want quick food.

This is the last time I will go to the Oconomowoc Culvers!  I have been disappointed with the food many times but this last visit was enough.  My son threw his Culvers Deluxe Bacon double cheeseburger in the garbage it was so squashed and disgusting.  The order taker told me I didn't order their custard even after I showed her the texted order from my son which I read off at the drive-up.  This is the last time I will be treated rudly for spending my $25 for a meal that is basically thrown away.  Goodbye Culvers!
