Phenomenal customer service, great food, fresh. Manager came over to ask if everything was all right. Super friendly, so were the employees. No slip ups or negative things at all. Most perfect restaurant experience I've had yet.Food: 5/5
Stopped by here on the way home, food came out fast and hot and was really delicious. there was a small mishap with a chicken sandwich but was resolved professionnelly and superbly by David who gave us a little treat for our troubles. It's a nice large location with both indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was quick and good and it was clean. Culver's is a favorite of our family and it was consistent with the quality you expect from one.Food: 5/5
I stopped by to order two butter burger value baskets. The employee who greeted me had a super attitude, and made the experience at the restaurant very pleasant. I stopped at Culver's because they have the BEST tasting burgers, period! And I will continue to stop by this particular restaurant, especially because of the great service that I received.
Service is always great and so is the food. Everything was fresh and ready to go! Parking: Parking is available but always full and not many spots
A man at the takeout counter took my order. He appeared to me as if he didn't really know what he was doing. Maybe he was a new worker? He took my order and told me that it would be ready in 15 minutes. He told me to go have a seat and he will let me know when my food is ready for me to take out and head home. I went back up to the counter to ask him if there was a number that I would need when they would call my name. He told me that I wouldn't need a number and that he would come get me when it was done. I was waiting way longer than 15 minutes for my food. So I decided to go up to the counter and ask where my food was after a lady asked me had I been helped yet? I told her that I was waiting on my order. So she went over to the takeout food I guess for the doordasher to pick up when they are picking up an order. The lady found my order just sitting up on the shelf and the man never came back and told me that my food was ready. So when I get home my fries are cold they are bland my burger was cold and I put it in my microwave when I got back home period this was my first experience with getting food from Culver's. I don't think that I will be back!
Great place to get fast food! Great service, great food, great quality, clean atmosphere, and reasonable speed. Always a ‘go to’ for fast good food. Their pub style burger was delicious!Food: 5/5
Every time I have ever visited a Culver's restaurant, I've through, these people love their jobs. Your staff are always so friendly and personable. I never turn down an opportunity to eat Culver's!! Also, get the double, it's way juicier than the single ever thought about being!! Enjoy!!Food: 5/5
Burger and onion rings can go wrong! Cheese curds and ranch, so good. Chicken Salad was great. Kids meals were perfect! Top it off with some ice cream and call it a night! Staff was fast, friendly and pleasant!
