The onion rings were ok and crispy. The crinkle fries were crispy and like any other fry to be honest. I was disappointed by the fried cod, there was no flavor whatsoever. The batter used for the fish had no seasoning or even salt that I could taste. If they used the batter they use for the chicken tenders then the fish would be delicious. The shake was good, it’s a shake‍. Also, the dining area was very warm…it was almost as if the AC was not turned on or maybe we went at a time when it wasn’t working properly. The staff was friendly.

expired food and bad customer service  I ordered a butter burger with cheese and gluten free bread.  they gave me a a piece of paper with cheese stuck on it.  the bread was also 7 days expired and was dry and hard.  when i brought to the managers attention, she argued the sticker on the bread was wrong.  then she gave me another bun which was 16 days expired.  she made it seemed like throwing cheese on paper was normal. the manager clearly has no customer service skills or any idea how to prepare a burger.

Well run operation since 2007. The franchisee cares. I enjoy most everything on the menu. Pot roast sandwich and fish and chips are such a good value dark horses here. Excellent butter burgers here for a flat burger taste. Frozen Custard is very good and churned onsite. Grab a frozen one for take home. -JR

Missing item from order, ice cream cups were messy, had ice cream all over the outside, ice cream was melted and had very little toppings to the point that I thought we were given the wrong ice cream order. When I asked the employee she took it inside to remake the ice cream but brought it back to say it was correct and they couldn't take it back, even though she had just took it back inside the store. Smh. Food was cold even though we sat in line for 10 minutes. Drink straws were missing. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have had issues so not sure I'll be going back.

Hadn't been to a Culver's in 5 years. Remembered how good they were but to taste it again was incredible. Wish there were more locations. Need one in South Fort Worth.Food: 5/5

Have always ordered whipped cream in a cup with my meal, for my dog that I bring with me but they refused to serve it this time. Always paid for it in the past, said they can’t do it anymore but would not further explain, very rude as well. Will not be returning to get my meals here anymore. Chick fil a is in the same complex, take your business there instead if you wanted to be served by kind and understanding employees that are willing to go the extra mile for you.

Fish sandwich was awesome. Customer service was okay. Something missing at this store and not sure what. Maybe team concept or happy employees. Nice store

Good burger, but don’t come here if you have a shellfish allergy. You can’t eat anything fried. They need to fix this.

Hadn't seen Culver's in 5 years. Was amazing to be able to eat there again. Burgers are awesome.Food: 5/5
