Not clean. The food was awful.  Upon entering, the young lady at the register was aloof and not welcoming. I don't know; maybe she was shy. She didn't greet me and was standing behind the counter, but not at a particular register. I had to ask her if she was taking orders. She spoke very low and was hard to hear.  I also asked her if we could be cordial with each other because I was a nice customer and I wanted both our experiences to be good. I greeted her politely, and she greeted me in return. She seemed to warm up from there and asked me, "What can I get you?"  Things went well from there; however, it was the lunch hour, and the drive thru was busy. The inside of the restaurant was not busy. The environment just did not appear clean. I ordered one order of fries and two pork loin sandwiches. The food was prepared as requested. However, the batter on the sandwich tasted milly/gritty. I've had the pork loin sandwich before, and they have always been hot and delicious. This time, both sandwiches mine and my mom's just didn't taste good. They were dry and the batter tasted gritty.  That was my experience. Thank you for asking.

You guys gave me not one but two barely filled sodas. what a waste of money. We spent 52$ at this establishment and they cant even fill a soda cup correctly? Ridiculous. Edit: Just tried the food upon getting home and that goes down as top 10 worst things ive ever eaten, tasted like you just licked the inside of the nastiest deep fryer ever. Do not go to this location for culvers.

Decided to Go to this location. Had not been in over 2years... Unfortunately I decided to stop in with my Auntie. Drove all the way home to not find my Beef Pot Roast Sandwich in the Bag. So Went back up there asked to Speak with a Manager. A young Shy young Man Said he was the Manager Jayden. Informed him that they forgotten my Sandwich and Now All the Food is Cold.  I Told Him I Need Fresh Everything Now. He Told me he had to talk to his Supervisor. He Spoke with him and came back to tell me he will take care of it. Waiting another 20mins. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Supervisor Never Came to Address MY ISSUES or CONCERNS. Then this young lady Lakisha Comes and Bring our Food.  Called Corporate and Found Out that this Fachise is Individually Owned.  ****BEWARE THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!*****  IT'S UNFORTUNATE IN THE Urban Community We Patriots these Restaurants, an  have to go through this have to Go-through-this. BEWARE!!!!!!!

The ice cream creation I had at Fon du Lac Ave in Milwaukee was great but they gave me a god awful sandwich!! I wanted a BBQ with chicken, onions and other stuff. A few hours later when I finally get around to eating it I found out I had beef aka barf, I hate beef!!!!!! I called store number 3084. Hung up on 5 times in 20 minutes. They wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager. I want to be fully reimbursed…sandwich plus ice cream= $9.94…round up to $10. Simple!!! They suck time. I HIGHLY do not recommend that location!!!! Do they even have owner and manager there at that ghetto location??? I’ll for sure go to Good Hope Rd. next time if I go back at all  Vegetarian options: If they cant even get chicken right I doubt they will get vegetarian orders right

Food was definitely COLD COLD! The Burger was loaded with mustard, fries were in NO WAY FRESH!  It was the night shift.. Plenty of workers, but one young Man was handing out food! As long as I can help it, I WILL NOT RETURN!!!! My Grand baby and it ate it because we were starving!!!!!!!!!! I’m dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted!!!!!!

Everytime I ordered a kids meal, my coupon for the free scoop of ice cream is ripped off the bags before I even get them. Only location that does this. I noticed it the last couple times I've visited this location. Very unprofessional.Food: 4/5

My food been mid the last few times I've gone here and they automatically charge me for a dbl when I order "a bacon cheeseburger"Food: 2/5

Better than most places in the area service-wise. Literally took 5 times of repeating my order ketchup, mustard, pickles to get it right. This was after asking if I want bacon on the bacon deluxe. The food is always tasty, but they have a bad habit of making everything to-go, as though they don't want anyone to even consider dining in.Food: 5/5

Yum. Had a Cod Sandwich Meal and switched the drink out for a shake. I love their shakes!! Oreo with hot fudge and salted carmel.  The fish was great. Could’ve had more mayo but it was yum-o, cooked well and flaky. Not super flavorful or anything. The fries were very good.

I asked for cheese fries and got something totally different fries hard and un eatableFood: 1/5
