I went there last night after work went after work I went through drive thru with the kids, and they did mess up on 1 item however when I went in , I was greeted by a older gentleman and in immediately asked how can I help you, I explained how I wanted the beef pot roast dinner and they put it as just a beef roast sandwich he apologized and said no problem and went to the cooks and told them you make it right  away  (which they did ) he also said that I can keep the extra sandwich. As they were making it my kids were running around and a nicer older lady gave me a bag and said that we can pick out a free pint of ice cream since I had to get out of the car with the kids. I was more than completely satisfied with the excellence customer service I received and will continue to go there.

Fast service, pleasant staff, low wait time. This Culver's is not as close to shopping malls, etc. but that makes it less hectic (as far as large crowds of clients go.) They also offer senior discount (but you don't get it if you don't ask, so be sure to mention it if you qualify.)

Always spotlessly clean.  Great moral... Everyone upbeat and friendly.  Offer bags, boxes, to take your empty tray.. Even before you ask.  Top notch among Culver's.

This is my favorite Culver's because it is always clean, the workers are always friendly, and the food is always good. I like the company as a whole, but this one just seems to be nicer. My family does not eat a lot of fast food, but we make an exception for Culver's.
