Frustrating customer service. Good food, but the staff is a letdown. The order is almost always wrong-- comically wrong, like chicken and ice cream when I ordered two cheeseburgers. Last night, I was the only person in line in the lobby, and there were four employees working the front, but it was still over 3 minutes before anyone even came to the register to take our order. Then it was another 10 minutes before they brought our order-- 2 normal sundaes, nothing complicated. I want to go here more often, because the food is good, but every time I go, I swear I'm not going back. Then I wait a few months, in hope that the staff has improved, and try again. I've been doing this since the week they opened.

place stole my money then had to go back the next day to get it after they counted their cash register. Guy/kid still works there, not happy. And when the place opened up there was a roach found in bedded into the bread, it was huge. This is all over the Internet, try looking on topix for that great read lol

Great food, slightly pricy but worth it for a treat.

In my opinion it is very greasy. But if you are craving a greasy burger this is the place for you. It's food is good just a little to greasy for me.
