I tried to make an appointment with them. I called on Tuesday and had to leave a message. Thursday they finally call back. Then I'm in formed that I can't bring my kid with me. I am a single mom new to the area and my child has autism. I don't really have anyone to watch my kids. This is not a family friendly place.

I tried to reschedule an appt that I missed and I called 4 different lines and nobody answered. The only clinic that had the time was the disease clinic and that's not what I'm looking for. They kept taking me to the appt line but the woman clearly wasn't at her desk when I asked the only lady who would answer the phone where everybody was she didn't know..she told me it would be better for me to come all the way down there just to make a damn appt..I'm so livid and annoyed with them..mind you its 3:00 so everybody can't be at lunch or break and if so why is there no back up to answer the phones..I'm done with that sorry health dept
