Wanted to love this place. Great concept coffee shop with restaurant quality food. But after I ordered and was sitting at my table I was hurried out of that section of the restaurant since supposedly they don't allow laptops on those tables during the weekend. There are no signs or anything. It is very inconvenient and rude to tell your customers that they can't sit there. You almost feel like a 2nd class citizen being told where you can and can't sit at a coffee shop. In fact I could and have gone to many restaurants around town and have used my laptop. Very frustrating. Cupitol please do yourself a favor don't discriminate against customers using a laptop at a coffee shop, and if you do please at least put out a sign.

Wish we had one in Ann Arbor! Great coffees, pastries, and breakfast. They offer other items, too; I only commented on those we sampled.

my food was bland and boring. I DO not recommend the chicken breast. the Brussels sprouts were good though.

This place made my Sunday fun day with its good good food, hospitable people and spacious as well as clean atmosphere where you can lounge in all day. I enjoyed the Grilled Ham and Cheese. Oh! Did I mention the service is super fast? Cupitol has my stamp of approval as a breakfast and brunch spot (though I'm not sure I am pronouncing the name correctly). It's also a nice place to put in work. I only wish it was closer to where I live.
