Now curry hut has been decent to me over the yrs. They never have garbanzos it seems. Food & service is inconsistent. Been coming here since grand opening in 2016. Wish the business many success. Steam table food. Price good. Portions good. Pakora always burnt and very very salty to where i cant eat it. I dont order it anymore.. was a heavy regular here, i stop by like 5x a yr now starting in 2019-current... fyi curry time in el monte is maddddd gooodd. ....

5 years coming here. Was my favorite Friday night take out after work.. USED to be my favorite Indian spot... Prices went WAY up and the quality/portions went down... Also, Last 2 times I've come, a young green eyed woman served me: extremely rude.. Will NOT be returning.

fantastic food. first two bites, their food is great. fresh. spice just right for me. if you want hotter I believe they can do that. get the garlic bread. so good. price is fair.  100% for me.

Ya know what?? The first 3 times I visited this place to take my food To Go, I had not one problem, that's why I'll give them a 2 stars. This time that I went, little lady here has the most difficult attitude to work with, ignores what I was asking her, and even forgot my rice. I asked which one was less spicy, she pointed at all of them. I asked, which is very spicy, with hand gestures, and she responded all of them.  I was like, dang ma lady, you dont want to sell today huh!!  But anyways... I miss the other lady, she was always so friendly and gave us a smile.  The food is good, just that one bad apple rotten the rest!  I just put up with attitude because I was STARVING!
