Very disappointed with Curry and Ireland since the Ireland left from Curry, and went about on her own. We have never ever had someone be so very rude to us in all the years we have been having them do our taxes or anyone for that matter. Started out telling us our W2 wasn't in the package that we both double checked, and thought ok maybe we did oversee this. Then a sibling had the very same issue. Well in dealing with Curry now alone is an awful experience. She is very rude!!!! and I'm am a very nice person. I never write reviews but I am today!!!!!!! My husband called about a tax question, and did however call a few times that day. Curry calls back 8:00 am the next morning. Our phone automatically comes in under the company name. So we knew who it was. She starts off with Is this JANE DOE  and answered her. she stated how can I answer a question when you haven't paid me for the full amount from doing your taxes. My husband responded what are you talking about, she said you only paid partial. my husband told her we have always paid 1/2 the first payment and the rest next month. She was unaware of that. Then later today we got an invoice sent to our email for $200.00 saying that we are charged for phone calls, information, ect. We got this issue fixed, but be aware don't call her for any questions. Ughhh very rude . leaving here and so are several other people we know and going to the other .... Ireland that split with curry.
