Loan manager got an extraordinary rate and salesman was very solid at putting the deal together. A sales manager was in the loop as well. Bottom line... nobody came off like the stereotypical sales person. All presented themselves in a pretty straightforward way. Hey, I am not naive. I know it was a negotiation. There were two sides with different interests. My point is that after the gamesmanship was over, I felt it was a fair transaction. And they even went above and beyond in a few instances. Will need another car for my son shortly and hope to do business with them again.

Great Customer Service ! Sales Rep Dan Flores was incredible. Got us what we wanted in a timely fashion. Price and cost were very good. No Pressure at all. Perfect!

Sales experience was fine. Dealer ( GM sales) agreed to provide Window Visors with purchase of $38K vehicle. After 1 week, Dealer installed cheap knock-off visors ( No OEM, not sold at dealers) that are valued at $25-30 without prior mention or notification. Response was "That is what we offer" , after the fact. After several emails, only response was "we will offer you a discount". On what? no attempt to rectify the matter, just wanted to save a few bucks. Poor post sale execution.

Nice waiting room. You'll be spending a lot of time there. After making an appointment and waiting for 4 hours for an oil change, I asked a service representative if any she had any updates on my car. 'Oh we can't give you an estimate. It could be very busy.' ? I asked for the keys back and she returned them. My car had not been touched.

I had a very positive experience with salesperson Henny Correa at Curry Toyota. He was extremely patient and responsive. I would recommend him to any new customers seeking an informative no pressure sales experience. Picking a car whether it's a lease or a purchase is a big financial commitment- it was nice to work with someone who allowed me time to decide without a lot of pressure - I made several trips to the dealership and test drove the vehicle several times before making my decision. He has also made himself available going forward to answer questions and go over the new technology in the car if needed. I have been a loyalty customer of Toyota for a very long time - almost 30 years. It's this type of customer service that brings people back to a dealership and a brand.
