State Farm fought us every step of the way and then, after we actually got to make a claim, they said that we were "non-renewable" and kicked us out. Thanks. Eight years and no missed payments. What a joke.

My husband and I recently moved to BG, and needed renter's insurance.  We transferred our policy to this office.  After having done that, we wanted to see if we could get a better rate on our Life Insurance. We dropped off our policy, and all information to Neil Holt.  After about a week, we received a call saying they couldn't find a phone number to call Mutual of Omaha ... they had the WHOLE file, which contained all the numbers they needed.  My husband called their office, spoke to the secretary asking what information they obtained from Mutual .. NOTHING had been done, and Mr Holt was not in the office, he was away taking pictures. So, we waited another week before my husband went in the office to pick up our files, and again Mr. Holt was not present.  Wasted 3 weeks of our time. We paid 3 months on our renter's insurance, when it comes due, we will change agencies.

Wait till you get into trouble and then they will rob you out of what you paid for.
Typical passive aggressive approach of acting sweet in front of you, giving you wrong facts and then not acting on promise. Go for someone who is honest and will not steal from you. My experience when I really needed them was not good as they did not pay the claim as was stated in the policy.
