Dr Chambers is the best. He gives the best shots ( I know there is not such a thing as best shot but he does).  He knows the  exact area to target, how to maneuver the gums so that you will not feel much pain, and how to add humor to ease your anxiety.  Keedra is the best Hygienist in the Universe and the rest of the staff is patient and considerate. Desiree was great and extremely comforting.  I WiLL CONTINUE TO DRIVE FROM BATON ROUGE TO LAFAYETTE FOR MY DENTAL SERVICES!!!!!

Staff is always so nice and patient.  Appointment reminders are sent via email and text messages.  Very efficient.  I get the same dental hygienist every time and she's great!  I am usually in and out without waiting more than 5 minutes.  Great place that has been around for many years.

worst experience at this place !
after exam, Doctor Luan said that I have a possible root cancal at #4. I went to do it on another day and I told the nurse that I don't want to get a crown done today if it is a root canal and I will get the crown done in another clinic because I have a better discount there.
The doctor started to work and said no need for root canal (which is good). Surprisingly after he finished, I found he curved my tooth and the same nurse putting something in my mouth to take measures for crown and asking me to close my mouth!!
I told her by writing that I don't want the crown to be done, she said you didn't say that !! as I said that "I told you just before we started !" and Surprisingly again she said you didn't tell me anything !! you should tell the people at the counter outside not me !!! she asked the manager to talk to me.
Then I talked to the manager about that, she said you already signed the consent!! (I signed the consent for a possible root canal and not a crown)
and even the doctor didn't ask me or tell me anything while his work that he is going to curve my tooth and put the crown.
I checked the same tooth before and another doctor said it is a filling not a possible root canal !
The reason I went to this "Cutis Roy & Associates" office is to take a second opinion!
and I'm not sure what they are doing exactly.
So bad experience with that nurse and bad experience with doctor Luan!
For me, I will never go again to that clinic.

I was really nervous about going to the dentist.  Once I got there I was greeted and made to feel at home.  The staff explained everything before they did it and made sure that I was comfortable.  This is a great place and I will never go anywhere else.
