Absolutely horrible landlords. Among other problems while living there, our bathroom ceiling tile became so rotten that it collapsed one day. The rot was never fixed and they put a previously used tile back in about TWO WEEKS later. They would never respond to service requests. Pipes constantly leaked. Finally, the apartment was filthy when I moved in. When moving out, they over charged me in basically every aspect possible, charging nearly $600 for 5 nail size holes in the wall. There were existing holes when moving in! 

If you want a low quality apartment with low quality property management that over charges you, these people are right for you.

If you'd like an apartment worth living in with reasonable people managing it,  rent elsewhere.

I spent a year at 101 Comstock. The apartment was fine, but the problems started when I moved out. First, I was charged for August rent when my lease ended in July. They pulled the rent from my bank account because I had used the autopay option. When I contacted them about it, I received an angry email basically blaming me for setting up autopay on their site (on which, if you don't set up autopay or pay in person, you are charged a fee simply for paying online). I was told that it was my fault for not ending my autopay, but when I checked the site there was no option to "end autopay." I received an overdraft fee from my bank and got nothing but a bad attitude when I contacted Cuse to try and remedy the problem.
Additionally, the apartment was dirty when I moved in, wtih a shelf that was clumsily hung in my room. When I put things on the shelf, it fell, leaving several holes in the wall. When I moved out, I was charged over $200 for these holes, which weren't my fault. All in all, I only got $295 out of my nearly $800 deposit. That means I essentially paid a $400 cleaning fee, and was also charged for things they cleaned that I had already cleaned.
Never, never rent from these people. It seems fine at first, but they are a prosperous business because they treat their tenants poorly.
