I found a jewel. I entered as a new customer minutes before closing in need of some protein and a salad after leaving the gym hoping they could accommodate this. Not a lot of healthy places around that area The owner was friendly and willing to accommodate me. Even the cooks were kind enough to service me though it was their closing time and they weren't even mean about it. I tipped all the cash I had on me because of this. One of the customers there recommended the Village Salad tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions & Feta - which tasted amazing!!! The owner recommended the Lamb gyro meat option since it's what they could do at the time considering their closing hours. The Lamb was so tender and juicy, coupled with feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, & onions, it was a perfect blend of ingredients. Everything was full of flavor. The salad came with dressing but the flavors were so on point that I didn't even have to use it. This place has my business and I know exactly where I will be going whenever I'm in the area. Will be supporting this small business. Vegetarian options: Salads with optional choice of proteins.
Say you’re having a bad day, there is no other food place in the whole Lindenhurst that cheers me up more than Cusmos. My favorite is their salad with grilled chicken, but all their meals are absolutely amazing. All the employees at Cusmos are: friendly, honest & hard working. They prepare my salad just the way I ask. I’m so lucky to live 1 block away from this restaurant. I’m at that place buying my salad at least 3 times a week & when I’m not eating my salad, I miss it & think about it, until I get it again. Thank you Cusmos for existing.
There was mold in my baklava. MOLD. It doesn’t matter if the rest of the food was decent. It doesn’t matter that they gave me cookies to replace the baklava. There was MOLD in my FOOD. I wasn’t even offered a refund. I BIT INTO MOLD AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN OFFER ME A REFUND. The longer I think about it the more flabbergasted I am. I ate mold and they gave me cookies to make up for it. Would not order here ever again. I hate writing bad reviews but I cannot stomach the idea that someone else might not have opened their food up to see the literal mold.
Cusmos is awesome there Lamb Souvlakia Sandwich is the best ! The lamb is so tender and juicy ! The sauce is tasty and turns up the flavors . Yummy ! Also the portions of lamb they give you are very generous and you can’t beat the price ! If you want real authentic Greek food this is the place to go !
I've been coming here since a kid. They have the best gyros and their burgers are incredible!!!! My hubs gets a gyro and I get a burger and we split it.. we can't choose between the 2. The fries always come out perfect to! Not to mention the customer service is always on point!Food: 5/5
Really good Greek food, they have a lot of different dishes and food choices to choose from. The Romanian strip streak was phenomenal, the lamb Souvlaki and Gyro were tasty as well. I highly recommend trying this place if you like authentic greek fast food.

There are many great greek spots on long island , but this might be the best of the best takeout! We got door dash from there tonight and it was . Ive been ordering from them for years and its always fresh and delicious. Owner is a nice guy too
First timer here. I got the Avgolemono and the Greek salad with falafel. My only critique is the soup had rice in it rather than orzo and no celery/carrots. That’s my preference but it still tasted nice and hearty! The salad was super fresh but I didn’t like the Mediterranean dressing for the salad. It tasted more like honey mustard which I like but not in a Greek salad. I did enjoy the dressing on the falafel, however. The falafel was fresh and not dry. Perfectly seasoned. Pita was nice and fluffy and warm.
I consider myself a Falafel connoisseur, and Cusmos did not disappoint. It’s small and no frills, but that is part of the charm. Great food.
