The WORST MATTRESS EVER !!!! Customer Service HORRIBLE ! Warranty USELESS !
My wife & I  (92 years old) purchased  an EXTRA FIRM Prototype PT005-1  king sized mattress manufactured by Custom Comfort by Winn Ltd. in December 2014. Within a few months there were two  permanent indentations (sags). One where my wife (104 pounds) sleeps and one where I (150 pounds) sleep. We've turned it many times but that doesn't help because as soon as you lay down on it you've created a new indentation.

We complained to the furniture company who advised they would contact the manufacture to have a rep come & look. No one ever came. The furniture company went out of business a couple of months later.

This mattress is AWFUL, the 20 year old mattress we threw out slept better than this thing !  Its like trying to sleep in a bowl of jelly, you just sink down in it & its a struggle to get out of it.

Hands down, the best mattress i've ever slept on. Seriously, this mattress is a whole new lifestyle!
