Fast installation. Great product. There were some paint problems, and the mirror was hung too low. We paid the last third of the cost and haven't seen them since. They should send someone to detail a few things. I'll call, but I may have to raise the mirror and finish painting.

I had a pleasant experience with Custom Development's owners, sales and project management team - their 25 years of business experience impressed me. I appreciated their team's professionalism, expertise and wonderful customer service. Custom Development offered superior quality energy efficient products at very competitive prices and completed installation in timely fashion. The fact that they are a member of NARI, have a A+ rating with BBB, proper licensing with CSLB, and incredible liability and worker's comp. insurance (to protect me & my home) won me over.

I attended a Home and Garden show with the intent of soliciting bids for one of my bathrooms. After meeting with many contractors, I selected CDC because of 1) their LuxBath showers, 2) their reasonable bid, and 3) the owner's (Bob Capron) intent on making me satisfied with the finished product. Their design was better than I had originally envisioned. The resulting visual appeal of my bathroom is very spacious and relaxing. As a testament to their quality work, I hired them to remodel my kitchen and dining area. I have every reason to expect they will perform to my exacting standards.
