Ordered a custom brass plate from another state. Custom shape,size, and design. Received it on time with perfect quality. Could not even get it made locally in Medford Oregon.

I currently work affiliated with Missy (Shop Owner) on custom paddle and other paracord work for fair prices. Their shop is run well, the products and choices available are top notch and wide variety. Customer service is always with a smile and prices are extremely fair. Go here to get your projects, awards, tropheys and gifts done you will not be disappointed.

I brought in my own design to have it be made on wood. One: I didn't get it how I explained I wanted it. Two: the name on the plaque was miss spelled ( even though I wrote what I wanted twice on two separate pieces of paper).  Three: I was told to return on the following day to pick it back up (fixed) and so I did but the person who handled the engraving machine didn't show till an hour after the store opened. overall it was a fast service (7 days) , maybe they were having a bad day.

I have never been to a place where the customer service was as great as this place! Seasha, the business owner, personally assisted me with all of my needs, and her turn around period is way better than ordering from Things Remembered. I highly recommend this engraving shop!
