Custom Fit is a private exercise studio in Sycamore, Illinois with a focus on guided exercise in both group and private settings.
While our group and private training programs are not membership based, we do offer a very limited number of open gym memberships to the public.
We are equipped to service ALL modes of fitness and ALL are welcome. Our eclectic member list ranges from post rehab joint replacements to Olympic weight lifters.
