I ordered a casket spray for my mother's burial on short notice. The arrangement was beautiful and less expensive than other florists I'd checked with. They understood my hurt and provided a product they would have used for their own mother. They have a customer for life.

I didn't actually use them for flowers so I cannot comment on their work. My poor review today has to do with the fact that it took almost 7 weeks to get an estimate for my wedding flowers. I even went back in after 3 weeks to ask for the estimate and was told it would be done by the end of the week...but it wasn't. 2 months for an estimate alone!? That's crazy. It felt like I was pursuing their business more than they were pursuing mine. Have a small wedding? Go for it. But for larger weddings, I would be cautious...may take a while to hear from them since everything is hand written and they only use snail mail for estimates. Other florists apologize if they make you wait a week.

I have dealt with Custom Floral Creations and have never had anything but outstanding experiences with them.  Recently I contacted Christy again with a request to do flowers for our daughters upcoming wedding.  From moment one she was very helpful, thorough and patient with me.  The flowers were all AMAZING, especially Elizabeth's very specialized bouquet.  Christy is so very talented and attentive to every detail.  I will continue to use her for any flower needs in the future and would recommend her to anyone loves flowers as much as I do and appreciates perfection. I would go negative in the stars! I didn't even make it past the call to order 2 flower arrangements. I felt the inconvience of my call for flowers. I understand today is a busy day. But...
