They did my roof last year. They called this year since they were having a sale on gutters and etc. the rep came by gave me a fair price and I said I would consider it. Few days later managers called and stopped by and gave me a new offer for gutters only. This time with a price I could do. They talked to the original lender and was able to piggyback on that loan to get it done. Work was done, cleanup was great. They explained what they did and which one could disconnect easily for mowing. Redirected the water to go more away from the foundation than the old ones. Couple weeks later a follow up call was made to be sure I was happy with their work. Nice follow through most places do the work and never hear from them.

I don't know how many times I have to tell you to quit calling me! Unlike other reviews I actually thought the salesman was nice and didn't pressure us to buy right away. We ended up having unforseen expenses with our house come up and couldn't afford new windows. That hasn't stopped them from incessantly calling and random salesman showing up, during dinner time no less!! Again.... quit.... calling..... me

Mike and his crew did a nice job on replacing the siding on my house. House looks like a million bucks. (Any buyers out there?) Also had the windows replaced about 11 years ago, all work was done on a professional level. Will most likely have more work done in the future. Still waiting for someone to come and check the hail damage on the siding of my detached garage.

Custom Remodelers inc. installed quality windows at a good price. The customer service was great and worked with me on scheduling my window install around stormy weather. They were available for any questions I had. The contractor that installed my windows did fantastic work. He was clean, polite, and personable. I can already feel the change in the temperature of the house.

Quality of Products: 5 STARS Speed: 2 stars Takes forever to install and if they have to come back out then it takes months. Our screen came out of a screen door and it took 2 weeks to come get the door, another 2 weeks to get the "new one" ordered and now we are looking at 3+ weeks for install?? Maybe they just need more drivers to only do these simple little jobs.... Even with all of this, as long as we can afford it then we will keep using them!! :)
