Custom, Tile Stone & Decor is a family owned and operated business located in Chino, California. Our company spans two generations with 25 years of experience and expertise in the natural stone business. Custom Tile, Stone & Décor has completed hundreds of projects over the years.

Custom Tile, Stone & Décor opened its retail store in 2009. Our goal is to Make elegance affordable and establish and maintain long term relationships with our clients by providing professional and personalized services. We offer a full service retail tile store with in-house installation crews and free design consultation.

We specialize in high quality product and installation craftsmanship in the Chino Valley area as well as Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Orange County.

We possess extensive product knowledge gained over our 25 year of experience and thoroughly enjoy helping our clients make their homes amazing, valued and beautiful. We offer a vast selection of natural stone, ceramics, porcelain and wood. We are fully licensed, bonded & insured.

CTSD did a terrific job on completely remodeling our kitchen. Highly recommended for integrity, craftsmanship, and overall value. After a mold problem with a leaky dishwasher they demolished the entire kitchen and helped us create a beautiful new kitchen.

I recently had my house remodled by Custom Tile Stone and Decor of Chino. They gutted and remodeled my three bathrooms, and kitchen. They also installed tile flooring in the three kitchens and laundry room. they installed about 1600 square feet of wood flooring in the dining room, kitchen and great room as well as the hallways. This was all done to a brand new house. Joey and Steven did such a great job that when I showed the work to one of my neighbors who was going to move in soon, he delayed his move in and hired Custom Tile Stone and Decor to remodel his new house before he moved in. I saw his finished product and it was another great job. Joey and Steven are like artists working with the tile and stone. This was my second house I had them work on. If I move again Javier of Custom Tile Stone & Decor will be the first person I call to work on my house.

Custom Tile and Stone is a family owned and run business. After a bad experience with a large corp. owned company, I wanted to use a company who's name and reputation was on the line; Custom Tile and Stone was an "Excellent" choice. They have done 3 projects for me and in fairness I will rate each project separately, as each project was uniquely different. The first project was my home with a total replacement of all carpet, tile and linoleum. Joey and Steven are "Masters of their Trade." The finished project was as important to them as it was to me. Additional time was taken to layout the tile pattern so it flowed. Designing a border along the edge of the carpet really set it off. The staff is professional, courteous and a delight to work with. Cleanup was important and every night the work area was left clean. Custom Tile and Stone will be my choice for future projects.

Once again Javier has demonstrated why he is the 'man' when it comes to the design and installation of customized home improvements. A couple of years ago he did our tile and wood flooring and now he has done our kitchen remodel. If anyone wants to see a job well done just give us a visit. From selecting the materials (which Maxine provides excellent assistance) to trouble shooting any problems, Custom Tile is the place to go. Bill & Madeline Pike

Custom Tile Stone & Décor just completed our home project and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Our project included the following: • Demo of all flooring (carpet, tile, and linoleum) baseboards, kitchen and downstairs bathroom counters • Tile throughout downstairs and all bathrooms • Wood flooring throughout upstairs including staircase • Granite countertops in kitchen and downstairs bathroom • Backsplash in kitchen • Baseboards throughout entire house I chose Custom Tile Stone & Décor because of Javier’s knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. He outlined every item and cost for labor and materials in his estimate (no other contractor did this). I liked the fact that all work would be performed by his staff and not by any sub-contractors. Joey, Steve, and Ernie proved to be true professionals in their craft and made me feel 100% confident that the job was going to be done right. They worked hard and efficient, 6 days a week, for 4 ½ weeks. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean up and put all of their tools away. At the end of our project, we did a walk through with Joey and Steve and they addressed all of our concerns until we were fully satisfied. We have received many compliments on how great the house looks and the quality of the workmanship. When we’re ready to remodel our bathrooms, I will not hesitate to call Javier and have his company do the project. If you’re considering Custom Tile Stone & Décor for your project, you will not regret it. Do your homework, speak to their clients and request to see some of their work instead of basing your decision on the good and bad reviews.
