Georgiann booked me and my friends and awesome full week trip to Las Vegas at an extremely cheap price!! She was quick to find the best deals and make sure we were all prepared for the trip. All we had to do was fill out a quick form, and send payments; after that all the work was done! Was a memorable week well prepared by the travel service staff, especially the seamless process created by Georgiann. Any future personal trips I will be using this service !

I have been utilizing Custom Travel Services and Georgiann for all of my vacations over the past several years and could not be more pleased. We have booked numerous Princess cruises, our Sandals honeymoon, and a recent Riviera Maya all-inclusive that was cut short by Covid. Through all of these trips from the very initial phases through arrival back home Georgiann's service has always been top notch. She has made excellent recommendations consistently as well as responds to emails almost instantly. During a very stressful time at the beginning of the Covid outbreak she helped us sort out a cancelled cruise, as well as an all-inclusive stay that was cut 5 days short. This has included regular email updates on progress of obtaining refunds which have been much appreciated. I am very particular about cabin locations, room details, and a ton of the finer details in general; she always deals with my OCD professionally lol. We will continue to always book through Georgiann and Custom Travel Services and highly recommend them to everyone.

On a recent trip to Prague, we engaged Custom Travel Services Ltd. which came highly recommended by Trip Advisor. Eva was our guide for the walking tour of Prague including the historic Jewish Quarter.  Eva was young, energetic and extremely knowledgeable and, in particular, an expert on the history of the city, its buildings, etc.  I highly recommend this company and if you can ask for Eva, you will not be disappointed.

Custom travel services has been nothing short of professional during a extremely difficult time to travel. This company has handled every bump in the road in stride and made my travel experience easy. Whenever I had a question they had an answer for me and were very helpful. Will definitely use them in future for trips. Thank you!

Georgiann was the absolute best! She set us up with the best honeymoon of all time at Sandals Grande St. Lucian. It was our first time using a travel agency, but it will not be the last. Custom Travel Services will be our go to agency, and my wife and I look forward to working with Georgiann in the future! She always responded to my emails and questions right away, and had such great recommendations as well for our trip. We couldn’t be more appreciative for making our honeymoon the best week ever!
