I've gone to Justine for haircuts, highlights, waxing, etc all my life and even did so before she owned her own salon.  I have never found any reason to go elsewhere and made sure I followed her once she got her own business.  She keeps up with the latest trends and products and if you are EVER dissatisfied with a cut, color, etc... she will rearrange her schedule to bring you back in and fix it until it's right.  I have lived in NYC and have tried stylists everywhere from Brooklyn to Fifth Avenue.  When I returned to the Central Susquehanna Valley, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up my "city chic" look.  But Justine has done a great job and at a much better price!  She works limited hours and is quite popular, so be sure to make an appointment a few weeks before you really need it.  She is definitely recommended!
