I needed a trim and once I seen how run down, and dingy, dirty it was. I planned my exit. I caught glimpse of how scheduling worked and don’t like the fact that not one individual is being concentrated on. Really scattered. I look forward to reviews online. So I don’t run into a horror story. Honestly i would not go here. Visitor

I am a student senior cosmetology student. I’ve been there 3 times, each and everytime I’ve asked for a style. Doable. It turned out another way. A way she figure instead of what I specified. I won’t waste anytime. I’d asked for the back to be tapered up and just a little trim. She cut it way too short and all the same length where it was supposed to be tapered because it was supposed to be a style where my top his long and the rest blend into it ya know but, I liked the way she slicked my edges.. then, the 2nd time I asked for the same slick edges basically same style rediscribed it and I always have pictures. Realistic ones. This time she bust out finger ways, which is not what I wanted and did those super defined singular curls like the 90’s which isn’t what I wanted once I got home I shuffled them up when I asked for spiral curls.. I always repeat myself multiple times and it still doesn’t turn out. I can do it myself just don’t have the time and have before so I know it’s possible. I was nice so I posted on her page like I liked it because I was simply glad to have my hair done. My s/o knows how I wanted it and he heard all about it. All thos were 50$ out my pocket ea time. Now the 3rd and LAST TIME. I paid over 200.00 for the hair and service. Even in advance 50.00 with in that total because of whatever “deposit” which was fine. So I asked for a long bob everyone knows what that is. Just for the sake of showing nobody is twisting anything the last few tracks on top (sew-in) where 10in the rest was 12inch.. it could work just fine especially under the customers discretion (me) I would know what would work and What wouldn’t. Now a long bob was simple supposed to be according to my picture.. just a little off the back /tips and a little bump.. she cut my hair to an inch in the back and tampered it from there! I TOLD HER WHEN she made the first cut.. long bob? Right? Just Incase she forgot! The story goes on but, I’m not wasting anymore time if ya’ll have questions hmu. Now I have to fix the back luckily I have extra hair.. Key to Crystal IS She need to listen to what is asked of her. Maybe a regular client needs her Guidance but, I knew and specifies.. smfh! I paid her her money but, in the long run it won’t look good if clients are dropping off and having bad experiences.. smfh I won’t ever be going there. Not satisfied, none of my styles were close to what I wanted either time. I’m tired of pretend to be satisfied now I have to fix this and I have too much going on for all that that’s why I paid a “Salon” to do it. Wow Wow

Crystal wrecked my girlfriends hair. Cut too much, and can not do closures. Do not go here!
