I never had a problem there. Nice staff and doctors. Waiting time is always minimal.

The facility is great and i hadn't had troubles up until the last couple years. Last summer I had become very ill and went to Cutler after a few days. I told them my symptoms, and they ran a test for strep throat. I told them I thought it had been mono but they did not treat me for it. I continued to get worse and eventually went to my primary in the Portland area and was immediately directed to the hospital to get fluids in my body and soon to discover that I did in fact have mono. There have been a few times where they did not treat me right and it is extremely frustrating. They also have very limited hours and the staff who answers the phones are pretty rude. It is super unfortunate because as a UMaine student I am completely turned off now.
