We bought a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse and most of the transaction was completed on the net. Yes we have a local dealer and it's 80 plus miles to Grapeland however we believe we received the best deal ever buying a vehicle. We were really frustrated with our local dealer and it was over a simple tire pressure unit that the dealer was unable to fix. Off to Grapeland and the vehicle was ready and I believe the impressive fact that everyone wanted to make it easy was the reason I will never buy anywhere except this location. The owner made sure we received the best interest rates and telling us we didn't need to purchase some insurance as we didn't need it. Then instead of factory oil changes he added 2 more and to my shock-- his business card with his cellphone number--- all this and the local school bus unloads children at the dealership. It's truly a great place to shop and I believe it demonstrated family Christian values. I went back for a new set of tires on my GMC pickup-- they made sure I got the best tire for my vehicle-- again I was shocked as not only new tires but balance and tire pressure sensors were calibrated--- then a free alignment!! Now that's service. Thank you as I tell everyone my experience and my local dealer has forever lost a customer.
