Made an appointment for 2 to get pedicures, we showed up and acknowledged that we had an appointment, proceeded to start one of our pedicures and when that was finished wanted to do the other one. I didn't make an appointment to wait 45 minutes. Very poor scheduling and organization. Definitely will not be returning.

I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure.  The pedicure sucked.  But, the manicure was worse.  He did not shape my nails the way i asked him to and they were all different lengths. I had to keep telling him more oval or they don't match. He also was answering phone calls in front of me and dissing his other clients to me.  He kept saying that they were wasting his time. It is pricey and not an enjoyable experience.  I think the mans name is Andy.

I got acrylic with shalace right when I left it already chipped and a nail broke don't recommend

Worst customer service. They have no idea how to communicate with clients or talk to them.  I was ignored when I went in there.  They were rude when they did speak to me.  I also did not like the way my nails were done.  They did not do a good job on my feet...still had dry skin on them when I left.  I will NOT be returning.  Awful...
