We went to CV Steaks for our 30th wedding anniversary with great expectations. The support staff did their job providing great service. Unfortunately, they were not supported by the kitchen staff. Both our meals were terrible. Steak and fish poorly prepared. Very disappointing. The entire plate should not have been served.

Amazing service, however the food was..... around average. Not sure why in such a great setting with amazing service the food was not even able to stand out. Steaks were although cooked to correct temp, just lacked tenderness and quality flavor. When your special is a steak diane lets see a steak diane, not a steak smothered in a sauce reminiscent of a country fried steak. Really the only reason they were above 2 stars was because of their staff just being amazing. Will have to try a second time since I live close and see if it was just a bad night for the chef.

the steak house needs improvement. first off the food buyer is cutting the quality of the meat, no age and not tender like ituse to be. the plate needs a better apperance same old vegies, not very attractive. for the cost it needs help.
