Had a bunch of time and made my way leisurely around the store, picked up a couple of Christmas presents and a few things I'd been looking for. All in all had a great time and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff here is not friendly to seniors or disabled people or minorities. While i was shopping in this cvs i had to use the bathroom and asked the pharmacy girls to buzz me in they said they didnt have one even though i could clearly see the bathroom behind a locked glass door.

I WISH I could leave no Stars!! It's the worst pharmacy!! I will call and they will tell me 1 call ahead and still be on hold for over 15mins!! They MESS up My prescription!! I HATE this pharmacy!! Only 1 nice girl that works there! The rest I can go with out..

Had the worst experience with their pharmacy. I had moved recently and tried to transfer from my old CVS on Marconi to this one. They couldn't seem to get my prescriptions ready and wouldn't fill 2 of them without a written prescription. For a refill. They didn't even have enough of one vital medication to even fill it. I had to involve my insurance company to get medication that is critical to my  continued survival. In the end, they offered one out of five prescriptions to me. Did I become less ill? Finally, my daughter drove me across town to the CVS on Marconi. They had all my meds. They were forced to call the CVS on Florin 4 times to get them to transfer back my meds (which they weren't going to give me anyway). At this point, I'm going to be taking a 3 hour, 2/3 bus ride every month to get my meds from across town. I wanted to go locally, it's a short walk to the CVS on Florin but I won't go in there again. That was the worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. I cannot believe their pharmacy manager allows the staff to be so totally incompetent. I have to trust my life to my pharmacy and when it's clear they don't care if you get your medication, you can't trust them.  I really don't think this staff cares that they're dealing with sick people. They act like you're buying gum rather than survival medications.  I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy. Go anywhere else. The attitude was that I wasn't getting anything important, so why help me? Awful.
Cvs Marconi worked so hard for me. They went above and beyond for me to fix what got messed up by CVS FLorin/Freeport.
