Very experienced pharmacy staff and all are very pleasant.  CVS has a decent iPhone application that functions virtually perfectly with this CVS.  I have numerous prescriptions on file with this CVS and will not change based upon experience.  CVS store layout leaves much to be desired.  However, that is NOT the fault of the employees.  Clearly, it is a corporate issue and some rethinking is necessary.

Traveling stop to use the bathroom it was totally disgusting poo in the toilet poop on the wall...
 to promote good health you would think they'd keep their bathrooms clean one of the dirtiest bathrooms I've seen at a pharmacy.
Certainly reflex of a poor management team

I was put on hold on the telephone for 16 minutes and still no pick up. I could not renew my prescription. The pharmacists are overworked and are sometimes not pleasant to deal with.
