My wife was waiting in line. Ready to checkout in the manager was extremely rude told her that the store was closed it wasn't even 9 was very disrespectful humiliated her and told my wife that she had to leave her basket and go and he's calling the police terrible manager at CVS at this location he's being reported to corporate immediately

Pharmacy opens at 9.. I was first in line after leaving er with a sick husband in car waiting thinking it should be quick. Only to be told it would take 30 minutes to fill one script. I question why? I'm the only person here. Told he had to fill other scripts first. Side note I was their at 845 while the chit chatted until 905... My last time here ###

CVS has officially lost two life long customers because of this location. The customer service is absolutely awful and employees are so rude. Pharmacy could not find my prescription after my doctor sent it to them twice. I thought I was waiting for my prescription to be filled, but after twenty five minutes in their store, and having to stand back in line to speak to someone again they just told me, very condescendingly, that they still didn't have my prescription. They did not offer to contact my doctor's office and I had to ask a series of questions before the man working the counter even told me there was an option to receive a text message or phone call when my prescription was ready. Eventually I had to drive back to my doctors office myself to get a physical copy of my prescription. What should have been a 15 minute trip to the pharmacy, while I was sick took 2 full hours. And I've never been treated so poorly.
