This is the most expensive CVS I've ever been to. It was over $6 for a box of Cheerios. They had better have a gold bracelet as a toy in the Box 2 he would have charged that amount. Plus the people who work there are weird.

Worst experience ever. The dates on my meds are always messed up. The lady that always helps me out (Vanessa), may be the rudest person I've ever met. Gets the job done but doesn't want to try until you complain and then she gets rude with you. Just do your job and people won't have to complain or even talk to you.

Do I even have to give them ONE star??????? Agree with most of the reviews- this place is the WORST for filling prescriptions. No one there cares, no one does anything other than basic work. Gotta call in for an out-of-state override? Too busy, too much work. They NEVER call you back if there is an issue, and hardly let you know your RX is ready to be picked up. Plus, the out of pocket cash prices are insane. We gave up on the pharmacy dealing with the insurance company and decided to just pay for it.... $91 for what we eventually picked up at COSTCO for $17. Go here for everything (nice store) but DO NOT fill prescriptions here!

The staff at this location is the reason for this horrible rating. My regular location off Vista Chino did not have my medication in stock so they called this Bob Hope location to see if they had it. They confirmed that they do have it is stock and they were specific in quantity. I drove to pickup my prescription at Vista Chino to bring it Bob Hope since they needed the hard copy. They told me "okay, I'll have it ready in an hour". 3 hrs later I call in because I have not received a call back. They say, "we don't have this medication". Wtf? Why wouldn't you call to tell me. Back and forth calling and they're both pointing fingers at each other. Meanwhile I'm in chronic pain and am leaving for my family vacation tonight with no medication to help relieve my chronic sciatica. Extremely unprofessional at the Bob Hope location. Matt, is the manager and I hope he is more literate than his staff because they are complete idiots, and straight up liars. They treat these situation not remembering that some people rely on their meds to be able to lead a regular life. They can put their shoes on by themselves. I need my medicine to do that. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO LET THEIR CURRENT STAFF GO AND REPLACE THEM WITH LITERATE, PROFESSIONAL WORKING PEOPLE. I rate the CVS off Bob Hope with a grade F. Dear Matt (mgr), Please do your customers a favor and put a professional staff in that store. You're hiring choices are poor and have greatly affected people on personal levels.
