CVS is the worst pharmacy to have your prescription with. The Quail Roost branch is still closed a week and 2 days after Irma. Instead of this major pharmacy offering to deliver the prescriptions to their patients they have transferred their medications to store far away from the storm victims. My mom is in a fragile condition and unlike Walgreens that powered up immediately following the storm with generators, CVS has the storm recovery efforts even more difficult. They're HUGE! They should do something to help the community!

No customer service. Well, that's because I was on hold for 18 minutes for the pharmacy department. One person finally did pick up, but once I told her what my issue was she put me on hold and I waited for another 15 minutes. In my frustration I decided to drive there, the same drive I wanted to avoid. Like I expected, an empty pharmacy and e
veryone carring on with their day like nobody is waiting on hold.

Good place to buy medication.

Probably the worst CVS in Miami. Pharmacy service is bad. They made mistakes all the time and even that they are rude with customers if you make a complain.
