This place is super slow. I often see a line 6 or 7 people deep, and it takes about 45 minutes to serve them all. I have only ever seen 1 pharmacist at the window serving customers. They are polite, but seem to be in absolutely no hurry to get things done in a speedy manner.

I think that part of the problem is that this pharmacy is located in Canoga Park. Adjust your expectations of the customer base appropriately. The customers are often confused and ask a lot of basic question. I have seen multiple times where a pharmacist has to explain again and again that some medicine is not covered by insurance only to have the customer be confused and ask the question again.

I'm going to get my perceptions refilled somewhere else.

Need to hire more people. Used to be a good pharmacy.  I have been standing at the drop off counter for approximately 40 minutes.  Staff seems stressed and overwhelmed due to lack of people working there.

If anyone wants to know where Nurse Rachet is hiding, she is the pharmacist in the morning.  Dripping disdain for men, she immediately embarrassed me in front of my friend driving me because of the pain I was in.  You want to TSA treatment for a pain management prescription for the lowest dose of Hydrocodone? Step right up for A Plus humiliation.

if i could rate this place a 0 i would! Muricio Morazan the store manager is the biggest ass on this planet.. made me get out of line from the pharmacy to go move my bike that was inside the store bothering no body in nobodys way 2 times. and their associates very rude and were standing there laughing. never ever stepping foot her again.
