Poor customer service at pharmacy. While waiting i could hear pharmacists talking about whether they could do something immediately or not they would make a customer wait at least 15 minutes. Guess their time is more important than their customers. Nice job CVS!  I will try to avoid spending my money at your stores from now on.

The pharmacy went out of its way to not fill a prescription for shampoo.
They made a big deal about the Doctor name not being on the prescription pad.  Then they wanted a fax.  Then they wanted to know when I was there.  Then they looked up the wrong Dr and put his name on the back of the prescription.  Really?  After waiting for four days I went to Sam Club where they filled it on the spot.  Come on it was just shampoo not heroin.

I wish that it had balloons like the other ones. Needed one for a birthday and they didn't sell them.
