Terrible customer service.  Everytime I call I get put on hold for up to 10 minutes and just give up.  The last time I was there to pick up medication, the man at the register let me stand there without acknowledging me while he texted.  While I was checking out, his cell phone rang and he stopped and went to answer and talk.  By the look on my face, he probably figured out I was angry and said that he would call the person back but to text cause he would answer.  I actually changed CVS locations from the one on Pleasant Hill/Peachtree Ind because they were so horrible.

I would rather shop at Walgreens. The people have very poor customer service skills and the service is always slow!!!! It doesn't even deserve a star.

Store is dirty and pharmacy staff is slow and unfriendly. This store looks like a case of hoarding. Stacks of stuff everywhere! And, they left someone's information on the counter which is a HIPPA NO NO!!! So surprised CVS headquarters allows this store to be a representative of their chain.
