I waste my time with this pharmacy. On numerous occasions, I would have prescriptions sent in and every time I come to pick up, they claim they don't have any prescriptions for me. I work in a doctors office myself. My son has been sick for days. I personally faxed his prescription to CVS twice and received confirmation that they received it. I get there, the tech tells me she has no prescription for my son. I asked her to verify their fax number which was the same number I sent it to, she advised me it was correct but they still don't have anything. Which proves my point that this pharmacy is worthless. I can just imagine what other people deal with.

I'm sitting next to my doctor while she is calling in my prescription for syringe needles. Call 2 days later and they don't have it, BUT they faxed over a refill request for some old pen needles I use to use awhile back. The pharmacy technicians are garbage and rude, the store employees and managers are cool, but the pharmacy is trash! Granted they corrected the issues, but I had to be rude and get flustered. Since I've been using this location of CVS. There's been 3 techs maybe 2 that are great at what they do..

It's a problem every time I come to this CVS they're not training their employees correctly because I'm always getting the run  around to end up getting everything done my way like it should've been done from the beginning (TONIGHT WAS THE LAST NIGHT OF DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION!) ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION EVER

Terrible I have been sitting here waiting for the lady to come back to the window for 10 minutes now picked up medicine two days ago that they had the day prior but told me twice they didn't when I picked up my medicines the lady was very rude and wasn't even going to tell me they didnt have one of my medications

Called this morning to order a prescription and they said I could pick it up in the afternoon.  Came at 5pm and they initially couldn't find the Rx in the system.  After looking they finally found that it had not been put in the queue for filling.  They said I could wait 20 minutes for it to be filled.  Poor customer service, poor management, poor operational procedures.  I'll be changing to the Walgreens up the street.
