Friendly staff even though we got there right before closing

I really like this place but the cashier, Janette, didn't even bother to put her phone down. Also, she didn't offer me a bag. I understand it was a single item, but out of courtesy she should've asked. It really didn't seem like she wanted to be there...or even tried to be there.
