This place is great. They have what you need. When you're ready to check out someone will help you. I've used them as a pharmacy and have had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately my insurance requires Walgreens. This store is conveniently located, hours are great, never had problems with staff. People that give this store low reviews need to channel their anger to the appropriate source. It is definitely not the store, but they get the brunt of it.

This store is a complete joke when it comes to their employees. My daughter was told to show up at 9 this morning for orientation. When she arrived they informed her she’s to go to the store on memorial. She lives in BA. So then she drove to the store on memorial and they’re closed!!! She tried calling her manager and manager doesn’t answer her phone. So she called the general manager at this store location and he was a complete smart ass to her. Very unprofessional. Laughed at her when she told him how she’d ran all over in this crappy weather. He didn’t care and he was no help. She has decided not to take a job with cvs. Very very unprofessional.

Overall the staff is always very helpful except for one particular employee. She's always very rude and apparently doesn't like her job or the customers!! Her customer service is horrible and if it weren't for the others being so helpful and friendly I wouldn't be doing business with you..

Count your pills before you leave.  They have shorted me twice now.  The first time it was my fault for not counting, fill of 90 pills that comes in separate 30 pill bottles.  I should have noticed only one was in the bag BUT they should notice their count it off.  This time I need to call back on Monday when the pharmacist is there and "she might" give me the remaining 4 pills.  I think they should be contacting me and saying how can we make this right.

These low reviews surprise me. I never have any issues with this CVS location. I've used the pharmacy several times and my experience has been fine. I run into the store to grab a few things at least once a month and never have any issues! The staff is friendly and attentive.
