I went to the CVS Minute Clinic here for a really bad sore throat when I was in the area one summer for an internship. I had insurance that apparently did not cover me in VA. The woman that was working the clinic (I don't remember her name) was really unprofessional. She did things I didn't ask for, told me I barely looked sick, and did not explain the pricing structure. I was charged an absurd amount for a throat swab. This was then sent off to a lab. I was not told that I would be charged for any lab work. Cut to six months later, and I am being charged for lab work that I did not want or ask for, that I did not know I would be charged for. If I had known what I would be charged for, I would have told them "NO" when they said they were going to send it to the lab. The lab, btw, was Quest Diagnostics, and you should avoid them at all costs.

This is the pharmacy from hell. It takes at least an hour to get a prescription filled. Then expect to wait another half an hour just to stand in line and pay for it! On top of all this, you will lose another 10 minutes as they try to find your prescription which they lost! I have no confidence that they can safely fill a prescription, and if you look at the pharmacy, you will see cleanliness is not a concern for them. I recommend you never, ever use this pharmacy.

Service was decent and timely, had my 'scripts ready as promised as I waited. But, had to ask to use the rest room / drinking fountain. When I asked, I was first challenged with "Are you a customer?". When finally admitted to the rest room vestibule, it was crammed with boxes making the use of these facilities by someone handicapped impossible. If you are in a wheelchair, either go before coming here or cross your legs! Otherwise, it's "Mother may I" for using the rest room. By the way; they are supposed to have these facilities open to the public but it sounds like they get hammered by the vagrants and kids and have shut them down to restricted access as a self-preservation response.

I cannot believe they don't have a good refrigerator for the beers it was out of service for over 2 months, really how you think to have a return customer if you don't fix problems.
